Hi, The request form for code downloads for Talend open studio cookbook seems broken. I never received email with download link from the book publisher's website. Will anyone share a copy of cookbook.zip?

I reached out publisher's customer service. A direct download link was provided. Apparently the web form doesn't seem to be able to send emails.
