default match model clarification for certification question for tMap all rows or Unique match?

Hi,

What should be proper answer for the below question asked in talend certification. Can see that help pages says its All rows if join is not used & with join the answer is Unique match. but curious if the question like below doesn't say regarding joining information?

in tMap, What is the default Match Model setting in a Lookup Table?

Can you also confirm if we store actual CHNAGED CONTENT in CDC, what I have understood so far we store only 4 things in CDC table --> subrsiber name, type of change, flag if changed & creation time/date. Do we really store the changed content? i guess we retrieve via the talend components called tDBCDC where we mention actual table name mapped and we retrieve. curious if there will be question in certification regarding what we store in cdc db Table & if there will an option of CHNAGED CONTENT , should we select that or not?
