How to use context variable for different environments in a same job

I have created two context variable, one for local & the other for dev environment(both have different conn details). In my job I am loading data from local to dev server, so the mysql connection to both the source and target are different.

How do use my context variable in this case. Also where do I find the context details in the folder. I need to run this job not from the studio. Need to export and see the details in a file

Can anyone help
