Users DB Migration from Phpbb to Phpfox

This is my 1st post and i'm very happy to join with this community.
Someone told me that this is possible with Talend, Im new to Talend Systems and i dont know how or where to start.
I have a site with 100,000++ users that i want to convert it to phpfox. I wish to import phpbb users to phpfox system. these two have different user table structures using mysql.
please give me directions or how to start.
Please advice.

Do you want to migrate the whole db or only some of tables? Please download the user documentationand read the tMysqlInput and tMysqlOutput components.

Only few tables. Users tables, their profiles and if possible the topics of forums.
