Intermittent COmmunication Link failure

Hi,

While using talend community edition 5.2.1 , I ofter get this error

Caused by: java.lang.IllegalStateException: [com.arjuna.ats.internal.jta.transaction.arjunacore.inactive] [com.arjuna.ats.internal.jta.transaction.arjunacore.inactive] The transaction is not active!
ERROR [IXtentisWSDelegator] Error during save.
javax.ejb.TransactionRolledbackLocalException: Cannot open connection

SQL Error: 0, SQLState: 08S01
17:36:06,634 ERROR [JDBCExceptionReporter] Communications link failure

Last packet sent to the server was 975035 ms ago.

org.hibernate.exception.JDBCConnectionException: Cannot open connection
at org.hibernate.exception.SQLStateConverter.convert(SQLStateConverter.java:99)

This is not solved till I restart the server. Can anybody point me to the right direction.

I have mysql wait_timeout set to a large number and hibernate properties in datasources.xml
