tSendMail context variables

I have a Talend Job the reads in an external html using tInputFileRow and tJavaRow into a variable and then I can put the variable into the message body of tSendMail and it mostly works. The problem is I have context variables inside of the html that is read in and they are not getting reference as a context variable but rather as another string value, so instead of putting the value for context.Email_Image_Server is read it as a string. Is there a way to embed variables in an external html file to make the email contents dynamic?
