      <description>I'm sorry, I should have been clear. 
&lt;BR /&gt;My question is - 
&lt;BR /&gt;What's the best practice to back up development activity done on Talend Open Studio DI, so that we can recover ETL jobs if something disaster happens. I know "Export Item". For Development server, it's fine. We can export items manually on regular interval. Do we have an automated way for Production instance ? 
&lt;BR /&gt; 
&lt;BR /&gt;Just to add more information. For Shell scripts, Database procedures or any other scripting languages we can use version control system and that can be used to recover lost work. Can someone please advise about Talend Open Studio ?</description>

&lt;BR /&gt;we can use SVN (nexus or any other) for Talend Enterprise Edition which will save any change in job or routines or context groups or any other item in TOS automatically to SVN.
