Talend data quality portal

Does TDQ portal is dependent on local user setting? I have installed Talend 5.4.2 on the server with the help of Installer and now I am able to access tdq portal (http:\\***.**.***.**:8580\tdqportal) with Userid: tdq_admin
Password: tdq
but when my team member login to this server, they are not able to login http:\\***.**.***.**:8580\tdqportal and the error is No page displayed.
when I checked on server with their ID, I found http:\\***.**.***.**:8580 is not running. so I executed "Start TDPQ Service" from Start-->Allprogram-->Talend5.4.2
after running, I found http:\\***.**.***.**:8580 is running but still http:\\***.**.***.**:8580\tdqportal is not working.
Please help me to resolve this issue.

Hi adam719,
Is there any error log which is located in tdqp\apache-tomcat\logs(default) or <\Servers>\apache-tomcat-XXX\logs?

Hey- Thanks for your replying.
I found these two logs as suggested by you. Along with this, I am not able to understand why my commandline show not running even when I checked in services.msc, services is running.
when i cliecked oc Start>all Program-->talend 5.4.2--> manage services --> Start talend command lineservice.
once service is running, it comes in TAC as well.
Please help me in both these issues.

Today, when I ran TDQ portal, it is not coming. when I cliecked on Start TDQP service, it terminates. here is th log from SapgoBI
How can I attach log file in forum here?
