tMDMBulk Component not throwing exception on Failure

How to capture the exceptions from tMDMBulkLoad component. There exist some runtime error because of incoming data but MDM Bulk load component is not throwing error / exceptions.

My scenario:

Incoming is 1000 records, TMDMBULK load component after loading 478 records it fails but no exception and exit code is 0 .

Die On Error is not available in this component .

I tried on component error over bulk component -- that also not works.

Why is this behavior?

How to tackle this issue ? This kind of behavior will definitely bring data loss problem.

Can anyone help on this issue quickly.
