Upload a csv to a Salesforce Chatter Group

Hi All,
I am looking to post a .csv file from a local directory into a Salesforce chatter group. Has anyone had any success with this?

Have you tried to upload file into Salesforce using TalendHelpCenter:tSalesforceOutput component?

Hi,
I would be able to upload an attachment to a record, or I would be able to upload the file to content (I am not sure how familiar you are with the salesforce architecture). However, the objects which make up chatter create a unique challenge. I was just wondering if there was a clever way using either the SOAP or REST api to achieve this and whether someone has done so.
