Job server Vs Talend Runtime

Just new days I got opportunity to work in Enterprise Version of the Talend Suite. After the going through the documents regarding architecture of the product, I have doubt regarding the Talend executions servers and Job servers.

Definition of these two terms are same in document. Can anyone explain what is difference between Job server and Execution Server with an example.

Talend Job Server is the small agent running on the Execution Server.

An "Execution Server" is one where your will run all your batch jobs. It is a naming convention we use. Sometimes we interchange "Job Server" with "Execution Server" because you need to have a JobServer agent on the Execution Server.

But the cleanest definition is that "Execution Server" refer to the physical or virtalized server.

"Job Server" refers to the Talend JobServer Agent that we install on an "Execution Server" so that the latter can be managed by Talend Administration Center.

Have below confusion and thanks in advance !

Execution server can be a talend job server or talend runtime (karaf) ?
Talend job server and Talend run time can run independently without impacting each other ? Is it good to have both talend runtime and job server if you work on ESB and DI
Talend runtime can run esb route,osgi bundle as well as standalone job(.zip) so what is the advantage of having a job server.
Couldn't understand the term job agent .Is it underline calls talend run time
