Hi,

I am getting below error,while testting in UAT enviroment,but same inteface has working well in Production.

Please fine below error.

Are you using tSalesforceInput component with "Bulk Query" to pull data from Salesforce? On which talend build version you got this issue? Would you mind posting your current job design and tSalesforceInput component setting screenshots on forum? Please mask your sensitive data.

Yes, i am using tSalesforceInput with "Bulk Query" to pull data from Salesforce.Talend V6.4.0

Hello,

It looks like this error is caused by a network problem and so far no communication with SalesForce has taken place.

Are you using a proxy or if some firewall rules prevents TCP traffic to SalesForce from your side? Can you ping your salesforce server successfully?

Have you tried to increase the TimeOut on the Salesforce connection to see if it helps?

Hi,

Based on the attachment, it seems there is a right parenthesis for the condition but not the left one (or maybe the condition is truncated on the capture).

Else, are you shure the custom fields Opportunity_Status__c and Opprtunity_Close_Date__c are part of the OpportunityLineItem object?

Yes,while capturing the screenshot that condition has truncated.

And Yes ,custom fields Opportunity_Status__c and Opprtunity_Close_Date__c are part of the OpportunityLineItem object.

As you got the job Id on the error message, you should be able to retrieve the job on Salesforce side (Setup > Jobs > Bulk Data Load Jobs).

Here you could get the query as it arrives to Salesforce and/or the error on Salesforce side.

In Salsaforce side that id is still showing under the in progress bacth,where the all records are featched.
