How to update 2 columns in mongo effectively without changing any values of other columns

Hi ,

I have designed one job for upserting the data in a collection of mongodb using the option upsert with set in mongodboutput component.There are totally 216087 records to be updated it is taking almost one full day to complete .Any other possible easy way to update the records in less amount of time?

Here exists tMongoDBBulkLoad component which reads data from CSV, TSV or JSON files and imports them into the specified MongoDB database.
