Red X on job. What does it mean?

Seen the lock icon, but what does the red X mean in the same position the lock usually shows up. (Not sure why screenshot does not appear to save.)

Hi,
The screenshots display well on forum.
The red X means that the last time Talend checked the job, there was an error.
It can also be due to a compilation error when it tries to generate the job code. You can see this by going onto the code tab and see if there is some error.
You can clear the flag if you click on the code tab to verify that the code generates without error, and then run the job in the studio. By doing this, the red flag will clear itself. Or manual refresh your job to see if the reg flag will clear itself.

No errors on last execution, no current compilation errors.

This seems to be a Bug as for https://community.talend.com/s/feed/0D53p00007vCpa4CAC

I am getting same issue with version 7.3.1. This issue has been living with us at least 11 years.

I think I have this issue as well with Talend Big Data Studio 7.3.1. I have a red x on a code routine but there are no coresponding errors in the code. And the red x just won't go away.

Does your custom routine run successfully when you call it via tJava?

and have you the libraries related to your code directly linked with the routines? Here is the online documentation about: TalendHelpCenter: Editing user routine libraries
