XML Loop inside Loop(Set this element as loop, child node and parent n

Hello,
i want to insert a XML file into table, i can't insert all lines because i can't resolve the problem of loop inside loop (Set this element as loop, child node and parent node will lose loop)
This is picture for my pb, i have a loop in IndvOrdrDtls node and ChrgDtls node :

Please send the Xml Structure and the table definition. do you write individual fields or all xml content in the table?
