Talend Admin Console - Cannot select Regenerate Job on Change in Job

Hello,
I am using Talend Admin Console with the Subscription version of Talend Studio. I have published jobs to Nexus via TAC Publisher and have set up Job Conductor tasks to run them. I would like these jobs to be regenerated automatically when run in Job Conductor, if the Nexus artifacts have been changed. Based on section 5.4.1 of the TAC User Guide, my understanding is that the option "Regenerate Job on Change" should accomplish this. However, this option does not appear to be selectable, so I am unable to set this feature for my Nexus jobs in Job Conductor.

I tested and got the same issue on version 6.1.1 if I select job from Nexus, can you please report an issue on our bugtracker?
