unable to access shared path on remote server

Hello,

I created a job on remote server and published to cloud ( TMC). but is failing due to the below error:

Failed

2020-11-11 17:52:07

tFileInputDelimited_1 - X:/data/Talend/Latest Product Files/Product_Descriptions.csv (No such file or directory)

this file is present on the remote server. So, when i run the job with target exec as "localhost", it works fine, but when i run using the option as my "development Job server ( my remote engine), it fails with above error. what could be cause of this?

also i would like to know:

Is it always necessary to change the Target Exec to ‘” Job Development Server” in Talend jobs when we work on Remote server? And then publish the job to Cloud( TMC)?
