Sharing jobs between projects

Hi,
I would like to know if there is a way that I can share jobs between different projects. I have created several generic jobs i.e. emailing, logging, ftp that I would like to reuse across various projects, but currently I am making copies of them in each project.
Is there a way????

I am also doing the same . There quite a number of common jobs defined by me and those are getting used by other jobs. I have kept all these in a single project.
It means a single user only can modify any job. It may not be possible for modifying multiple jobs by multiple users simultaneusly.
I did not copy the came job into multiple projects.
Might be there is a way to use the common jobs in all the projects without coping those into all the projects.

Could you please let me know a way where the jobs between the projects should not be shared.
two developers are working on different projects which have some common jobs. the jobs are getting locked if the other developer edited the job.
** both the developers are using the SVN login.
Does this problem overcome by using different SVN Logins?
