&lt;BR /&gt;Just an idea, can you try with TalendDate.formatDate("yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss.SSS",row1.StartDate ) to get the missing milliseconds of the pattern ?

&lt;BR /&gt;I have a simple table with
&lt;BR /&gt;Product varchar(20) 
&lt;BR /&gt;StartDate datetime
&lt;BR /&gt;trying to use this table with tmap and I get this error message
&lt;BR /&gt;I trying to convert the datetime with TalendDate.formatDate("yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss",row1.StartDate ) but is not working
&lt;BR /&gt;I changed the Date Pattern in the Schema is not working
&lt;BR /&gt;Please help
