It is hard to find out the cause the NPE error with limited information, can you upload a screenshot of tRestClient component? Do you need to pass parameters to web service?

I see you are using context variables or global variables on tRestClient, in order to debug the NPE error, try to print these variables before tRestClient to see if one of them has null value.
