[resolved] Issue on component tFileUnarchive and tFileArchive talend

Hi forum and master,
I found issue about component tFileUnarchive and tFileArchive. I dont know why issue was random and i cant find the cause. I have a job that unarchive 600 files everyday and with component tloop (exclude of job) i processed the file beetween 1.am till 6.pm. But in one moment (sometimes) the component stuck in process unarchiving that file and stop the process so that others file cant be unarchive. The problem is i cant see what happen because log file didnt show the cause. As far i know every component can show log after component oke and component error. But it didnt go to both oh them. It loop in process unarchiving.

For this case i want to know that anyone has same problem with me?
How i know about that error? i cant edit the java code to add logger in that component.
can i add the logger to that component?
I post my unarchive job (exclude tloop).

Hi,
Have you tried to checked out "Die on error" option to see if there is any error message printed on console? On which build version you got this issue?

Hi xdshi,

where is "Die on error"? i didn't find that. So, can i edit java code on component tFileAnarchive and add logger on that component to see the problem if happen again? because it happen randomly 4 times around a month.

i'm using talend v5.6.1 and no option "die on error". Should i update my talend for better performance or feature?

So i cant edit java code and put logger into component tFileUnarchive yes? I found ekstension javajet in plugins open talend, can i do something to javajet file?

what should i do while extracting file but the program didnt do ok or error. By the way i set 20 multithread.
