There is a master job executing multiple sub jobs , with in these sub jobs one job using tSalesforceInput_1 to reads data from Salesforce server and pass it to other component. Mostly it works fine but sometime it fails and give error :
Exception in component tSalesforceInput_1
org.apache.axis2.AxisFault: Read timed out
at org.apache.axis2.AxisFault.makeFault(AxisFault.java:430)

Note : This sub job always works fine when i run itself manually. I am not using any proxy.

Appreciates any help in advance

Regards

Hi
Do you have several tSalesforceInput components using the same account to connect to the server at the same time when you execute the master job?
Best regards

Hi there. I have a similar issue and it maybe because the job runs with several components logging into Saleforce. However the errors change. These were from a test phase and I eventually left it running from my Windos 2008 server but ideally it needs to be on the clients Linux server as a Cron job. It runs fine from Windows just not from Linux.
There are 4 errors below in order I received them. I ran once a week.
I'd be grateful for any thoughts.
Subject: Cron <root@server> sh /var/tmp/ETL/RWHACRONFILE_0.1/RWHACRONFILE/RWHACRONFILE_run.sh

Exception in component tSalesforceInput_5
org.apache.axis2.AxisFault: com.ctc.wstx.exc.WstxParsingException: Non-default namespace can not map to empty URI (as per Namespace 1.0 # 2) in XML 1.0 documents
