Connection to generator failed (Command line) -- TAC

We are using Talend Enterprise Edition - 5.2.1.
OS - Windows 2008
we are trying to deploy jobs on TAC , after adding a job when click generate it is getting failed by
throwing error Connection to generator failed (Command line).
(even existing jobs which try regenerate due to updates also failing)
we tried suggestions given in post :: https://community.talend.com/t5/Design-and-Development/resolved-Connection-to-Generator-failed-Command-Line/td-p/102879
Even then we are not able generate any job.
what will be impact if we unistall and re-install command line
-- Does we loose any configurations ?

Are you able to connect to your command line instance remotely via Telnet?

1. In TAC is it configured correct (everything green)
2. Could you open a remote project?

Every thing is configured correctly, we are using same environment from last 8 to 10 months it used to work fine. we are facing issue from last 15 days.
2. Could you open a remote project?
We are able access SVN projects without any issues.

Hi,
Could you please have a try to delete the commandline workspace folder and restart commandline, it will recheck out all the svn files into local workspace when generating the the job task from TAC.

we tried deleting commandline workspace folder and restart commandline for at least 2 or 3 times.
But we still have issue.
