Extract data in column by iteration

Hi everybody,
i have a problem with one csv file. I want to extract some values in one column. the contents of this columns is composed by a suite of data separated with "|". I must do a loop for each line in this column to extract values, started for example with "LON". This value represents the length of record line. so when i meet "LON" always in 3 characters followed by 2 values, i need to transform this one as a column
example column variantes: |DGB100|DPB65|STAAE|QUA3|LON120| i need to extract from this column the path "LON" transformed as a column and 120 will be the value of this column, for each line.
after, i must match these records to other line's records corresponding.

The attachment you provided is not available on forum. Could you please check it? Elaborating your case with an example with input and expected output values will be preferred.
