tOracleOutput second batch commit TISEE 4.2.3.r67267

We are having a problem since upgrading from TISEE 4.1.2 to 4.2.3 where the tOracleOutput component errors when it attempts to commit the 2nd batch of data when you are writing out more than that batch size ( 10,000 ) in my case.

We've played around with the "batch size" & "commit every" settings and the only workable solution ( not that we like it ), is to set both values to arbitrarily large values so that it only ever has to commit one batch.
Are there any other work-arounds to this problem and/or is there a planned fixed to this component?
