Making Dimensions in Talend with PostgreSQL

Hello,

I am trying to create dimensions and fact tables objects to create a star schema for a data-warehouse in Google Big Query but am having difficulties proceeding--as in i do not know how to define the schema setup. What steps should I take? Previous experience was with Wherescape and am trying to pivot more into Talend.
