topic Japanese Encoding on File delimited Metadata (and others)? in Talend Studio

Hi,
Wizards for some metadata such as File delimited and File Excel has the dropdown list to choose encoding. I don't see the encodings for Japanese such as Shift JIS (aka cp932), EUC_JP, ISO-2022-JP, etc. Is there a way to add those encodings by custom configuration, or is it something achievable only by TOS core?
Thanks,
