Amazon Aurora and MySQL 8.0 support

Hi all

does Talend support Amazon Aurora database, using MySQL 8.0?

It seems not the case: we have a Talend job that uses the tDBOutputBulk component and gets an error when running.

We get the exception

"This version of MySQL doesn't yet support 'Modifying this variable at the session level'"

and from code inspection is seems to be related to the "SET character_set_database" command that is generated by the standard Talend component.

Can anyone confirm this?

The tDBOutputBulk does not support Amazon Aurora dbs at the moment.
