Green Plum table not truncating

Hi Team,

We are facing issue with truncating green plum table, where we tried truncating options with tGreenplumRow, tGreenplumInput & tGreenplumOutput components and also tried with compatible postgresql components as well, but neither of the components are truncating the table nor throwing the error.

What would be issue here and kindly suggest solution

Hello,

What does your truncating query look like?

Please check out "Die on error" option in Basic settings of tGreenplumRow component to see if there is any error popped up.

I already checked that option and try to truncate table, but its not truncating.

Truncate table through tdboutput
Truncate table through tdbrow

Both the components are unsuccessful.

FYI : We are using Green plum database
