topic SCDELT component type 0? in Talend Studio

SCDELT component type 0?

I don't see any option to implement Type 0 SCD using any SCDELT component.

Do any one know how to implement Type 0 columns using component like JDBCSCDELT ?

That Jira ticket has been rejected. Why is this functionality available in the ETL versions of the SCD components, but not the ELT versions? Looks like there is no plan to add it either.
