Sprinkler Rest API Refresh token Issue

I am trying to refresh my sprinkler API using REST call through Talend. It works sometimes with Talend and most of the time it does not with error

{"error_description":"The refresh_token is invalid","error":"invalid_token"}

We have backup unix script with that it works fine but failes through the Talend job, can anyone tell me the possible reasons?
