hi,

i have design job where i used tunite component. at all inputs have same column but diffrent condition is used for eg.ser_cat=4,2,1 so it giving combine result not associate with service_cat related . so is any option or setting in tunite component ???so i get combine output but service_category wise

Hi,

Your question is not clear.

tUnite is used to merge 2 or more input flows giving 1 output flow.

Can you explain what you expect giving a sample for each input data and desired result.

I taken two input where I took care of same number column in both input but
in first input I did sum and in 2nd input used count for diffrent column
..in addition first input have 1015 rows and 2nd input have 1015 rows so in
target 2030 rows.but when I tested on target table in SQL developer it's
showing 2030 rows for first input and 2030 for 2nd input.finally why it
not showing 1015 for first and 2nd input separately...please give me
solution for that!

Hi,

Tunite is something similar like union all function in oracle.

So if your input 1 giving 1015 rows which are completely different from input 2 of 1015 rows (#columns & data type are same) then it is pretty obvious the result will be 2030.

Example:

Select a from table t1 (1015)

union

select b from table t2 (1015)

Result: 2030

are you want to perform some aggregation?

You are using tUnite component to merge input 1 and input 2, from the screenshot, total 2030 rows are inserted into target table. I don't see what's the difference between query1 and query2, if you execute this query in SQL DEVELOPER, you should get 2030 rows after you merge input1 and input2.

hey, i attached error image where i taken 15 and more input to tunite its giving error! i used data type as double ,length-130

The real question is "what do you want to do"!

Give more details.

At least, show data sample for input and expected results.
