Need information on Service Now component

Hi,

I am trying to connect ServiceNow through Talend using tServiceNowConnection but I am facing the 401- Unauthorized issue.

Could you please help me in providing some information on how to connect the same.

did your service need to be authenticated?

i am not sure about this as I tried other links they got connected but it

401 is you did not have access due to right or authentication.
with some browser windows authentication is automatic

Hi,

I am getting the same error while connecting to service now using Talend.

Using same link, I am able to connect to service now in the browser & authetication is automatic.

But I am facing same error "Unauthorised".

Kindly let me know if any solution.
