ESB runtime log4j tracking

Hi,

On our ESB runtime, we have:
-A root log (tesb.log)
-A log per route (With MDC)

I'm looking for a log monitoring tool so as to:
-Beeing able to view in real time any of these logs (They are on a remote server). This viewer should enable to filter records in the log according to some criteria (Time, level,...)
-Trigger alert according to some conditions (For instance, when a ERROR record is appended to the log)

Does one of yours know such a tool (That comes with these two options) ?

Could you please take a look at talend log server feature https://help.talend.com/reader/V8gvE03VdofZTDqoa9gptw/ATsNPKoGjJcDIaLrfv6bFw, which will be available in talend subscription solution.
