Unable to connect BOX via FTP

We are not able to establish a successful connection to BOX directories using tftpconnection.

However, we are able to connect using other ftp clients such as WinScp.

Its strange how it establishes connection via WinSCP and not via talend. the error we are getting is this: I am sure i am using same login password at both the places.

when i tried to check "FTPS Support", it is asking for some "Keystore File", which i don't know how to generate or use.

if anyone able to pass through issue and have some inputs for me, greatly appreciated.

I believe I have to ask something to box admin or network admin or talend expret, but I am not sure what the right questions are. please help.

I faced similar kind of issue last time, I am still searching for some proper solution.
