The tJDBC components are here to help you integrate your specific JDBC Connector for your Database.
There is no generic answer to your question. What is your database and what is the version of the driver you are using ?

I am connecting to ORACLE using TJDBC component and not sure about configuring the properties.

You can simply use the tOracleInput to access Oracle with JDBC.
Else :
JDBC Url : "jdbc racle:thin:@host:1521:database"
Class Name : "oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver"
