How to convert columns 4 column names to single column along with its values

I have a use case as per given screen shot how can we get this via talend any suggestions would be helpful

I tried component available and source is SAP hana tried to customise query too but did not get the results as expected

tUnpivotColumns component is not available in talend 7.2
