tmap Dummy join Condition

Hi
I am trying to join a Flat File and MYSQL table.
Bascially my Flat file has 2 columns
Config_Param;Values
My MYSQL Table has only start_date,end_date.There are no common columns or keys to link them.
However for downstream applications i need to simply join them with some dummy column.
I thought of having a column say "join_column" created in tmap and wanted to set it's value as 1.
I will do the same while selecting from MYSQL as well.
select 1 as join_column,start_date,end_date from <table_name>.
But i am not sure how to set the join_column value to 1 in tmap so that i can do a inner join between File and table.
We have done similar stuff in Informatica Expressions.But if someone could help on setting this in tmap it would be of great help.

Here is a scenario.
The expression Numeric.sequence("s1",1,1) can generate numbers such as 1, 2, 3...
