But whenever I run the job the result destination is like "2019-03-12 17:00:00.0000000 +00:00" for datetimeoffset field has timezone defaulted to +00:00 rather the current data (+07:00 in my case) or on tLogRow look like "2019-02-13 17:00:00.0000000 Z".
