Cannot connect to a SQL server database

New to Talend Open Studio. I have SQLServer Express running on the same server, when I 'Test Connection' on the Database Connection under Metadata, it tells me I need mssql-jdbc.jar. I tried downloading and installing all the optional pieces. Checking the modules in Talend shows in my attached screen shot.

I have mssql-jdbc-6.2.1.jre7.jar in the Talend folder. Not sure where that come from, but it doesn't seem to be doing me any good.

How do I get connected to my local SQLServer Express?

Could you please show us the error full stack trace? What's SQLServer version are you trying to connect? On which talend build version you got this issue?

The Talend Open Studio is 7.2.1

MS SQLServer Express is 14.0.2014.14

I've attached a screen shot of the error.

I solved my issue by this hint I found elsewhere on the forum

"Rename sqljdbc42.jar to mssql-jdbc.jar"
