tDataEncrypt and tDataDecrypt not showing up in the Palettes section

Hello,

Did anyone face the issue of tDataEncrypt and tDataDecrypt not showing up in the Palettes section and giving an error message that both Palettes are not loaded.

PFA the screenshot. Please let me know if there is anything we need to do

Hello

tDataEncrypt and tDataDecrypt are only available on Talend Enterprise subscription product, can you let us know which product version are you using? (such as Talend Cloud Real-Time Big Data Platform (7.3.120200219_1130))

Hello,

I am using the enterprise version. One more thing i notice is, this is happening , only when i connect to TAC (Remote Mode), in local mode i am able to see these 2 Palettes. Something fishy and i am not sure.

@Nikhil Tabjula , I have made a testing and I can't reproduce the issue, I can see the 2 components in an remote project. What is the project type?

Can you please raise a support ticket on Talend Support Portal? We may need more information or your job to check it further. Thanks！
