The schema and database should be mandatory.

Is it saying connection ok when you put all crendentials in Snowflake metadata creation?

When I try to create metadata for a Snowflake connection, using the wizard, the connection is created and the list of tables returned. If I select one table then the wizard seems to work ok but the metadata is not saved. If I select multiple tables then the wizard throws an error.

I have seen similar posts regarding Salesforce but none where there seems to be a solution.

I am using TOS v7,0.1

The error log shows:

Hello,

It seems wrong setup of schema from Snowflake connection. Is this issue related to specific tables?

Best regards

I sort of found a workaround to this bug...

I created the connection without any tables and then edited the connection and added the tables 1 by 1. I found if I tried to add more than one table at a time it errored and there also seemed to be a limit to the number of tables I could add to a single connection so I ended up with 2 connections and half the tables added to each connection.

Regards,

Yes - the connection is fine, it passes the connection step. On the next step of the wizard it correctly shows the tables. The issue is that when I then try and select those tables and then save it errors

There seem to be some tables that I can't add no matter what I try. I can't see anything different about those tables (no datatypes not used in tables I have already added, etc.)

Anyone have any more ideas?

Is there a way of formally raising this as a bug?

hi,

Depending on the version you are using, you should:

- contact Talend Support if you are using subscription version.

Open source version are not associated with a contract support, but you may raise a jira ticket at

https://jira.talendforge.org/ with all the required steps in order to reproduce it (DML export, examples...)
