Hello

We're trying to work out a git workflow in the studio.

It seems at odds with Git that the studio allows you to work in the remote branch direct.

I believe that working in the remote branch means that a studio Save action leads to both a git commit and git push to the remote branch for each save?

Working with Git should mean that you only ever commit to your local repo and then separately do a push to the remote when you are happy with your commits .....much like how the Studio Local Git Branches work.

Why is there the functionality to work direct with the remote branch and can we turn this off?

Look for auto commit check box in TAC project setting.
