Error subscription has not been activated Talend CDC:Talend MDM 5.6.2

Hi All,
We are using Talend MDM 5.6 varsion with Bigdata platform and while implementing CDC we are getting the following error:Exception in
component tOracleCDC_2
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-31429: subscription has not been activated
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_CDC_SUBSCRIBE", line 53
ORA-06512: at line 1
When we check for changed rows in the repository for CDC component , we are getting the changed rows but when we are using that component in designer and attaching tlogrow we are getting above error.We ahve used redo approach instead of trigger approch.
Any help appreciated.

Hi,
Have you already checked document about: TalendHelpCenter:How to set up CDC in Oracle Redo/Archive log mode?
Redo/Archive log mode is used with Oracle v11 and previous versions.

We are using Oralce 11g version and we are connecting it through service name.
