CDC in talend

Dear Users,
I want to know how shall i implement CDC in Talend 6.2 , my database is oracle and i wanna use CDC , we have a date column .
i went through the forums but i was unable to grasp the things which was said in those forums about Implementation of cdc.
Can someone share step by step , i have one from talend which has steps:

in the above link it has two connections 1)CDCORACLE and 2)DWHORACLE
why are we creating this two connections?
Please share me in details how shall i implement CDC

Can someone put step by step how to create CDC in talend , and what scemas needs to be made in oracle database ?

Could you please take a look at document about:TalendHelpCenter:Chapter 10. Change Data Capture (CDC): publish/subscribe to see if it is helpful for you to create CDC?

Both talend metadata connection can be configured to point same oracle connection/db.
No extra effort from oracle admin.
