Hello,

Could you please clarify in which Talend version/edition you are?

We met this similar issue on V 6.X.X and TAC stuck on license check due to token not able to validate , since customer environment has no internet. The root cause was that our Customer was on unsupported environment for 6.4.1 version RHEL 7.4 and customer license type is custom license which has no dependency to validate token in their previous version.

Best regards

Sabrina
