Getting a patch (TPS-4012)

Hi,

I'm using v.6.4.1 of Talend Open Studio for Big Data and I'm having an issue that, according to this page (https://help.talend.com/reader/uYdgpA3JWYBr~xxGF_G7gw/2dXbcSInimOXxZsZhJxtow), has been addressed by the TPS-4012 cumulative patch.

How can I get in touch with the Support in order to get the patch? Or is there an easier way to get it?

@Davide Rassu The patch is only available for enterprise paying users. With open studio, you have to upgrade your product.
