Network is unavailable please fix

In 7.1.1 and 7.3 when trying to install missing modules we get the error Network is Unavailable Please fix.

I do not have this issue on 6.2.0.

We do not use a proxy server and I am using Native in the connection (this is set up exactly the same as 6.2.0.)

I have done the following:

Opened local firewall.

Checking the config file I see:

default.update.site.url=https://update.talend.com/Studio/tos/

I can go to this website through my browser. However, when looking at this there is only a subpage for 6.2.0.

I ran wireshark to see what was happening in the network and I see for IP 173.223.64.230 the error:

Alert (Level:Fatal, Desscription:Certificate unknown)

If the update site has changed in 7.1.1 and 7.3, if someone can give me the correct URL, I can validate that is is open on my domain server.

I would appreciate any help as I really want to move off of 6.2.0.

We cannot repro this issue from our side.

Could you please let us know what's JDK version are you using?
