Hi,

Little bit frustration here... I try to install the additional packages to be able to see graphs etc... but nothing works. Already 2 days busy to try. I'm working on a Mac. 😉

All required jar files are installed completely? Is it working well after restarting your studio?

What's your Mac OS? Could you please have a look at this online installation guide about: TalendHelpCenter: Compatible Operating Systems to see if you are on a compatible platform?

It's Catalina, I think all jar files are installed but how do I know??

Once it's installed, it should be hidden from the list of Additional Packages

If you can still see them it's not installed: for that,when you choose to install , can you check the dwn right progession bar ? Does it go until 100% ?

Do you have enough space on your filesystem ? Can you write on all studios subdirectories ? (to be sure : chown -R username: DIRECTORY)

It's not hidden from the list Additional Packages. It goes until 100%. So it's just like he is installing but after there is no change.

No nothing works. He's installing and restarting but then I can install the packages again and again and again... It's all the same.

What is the zise of your PATH\studio\configuration\.m2 directory ? When you download, doest he size change ? Do you have all access (RW) on this directory ? Maybe you can see error onlog file (help/Support logs)

No change in size... I have all access on this directory. I know also some others who are having the same problem on Mac.

you may check if you allowed Talend to access disk

System Preferences>Security & Privacy>Privacy>Full Disk Access

and click the + button

Can you reproducing nthe issue,and then, when it's downloading, send the studio logs (help/Support logs)
