Hi,

While opeing talend, I am facing the error Failed to create jvm. I have check my java version and all the related questions also but still can't able to open the talend. Plese help me out.

Hello , whats are exact scenario nand error message ? Did you check ifthe hepsize (coaught on ini file) that you set will be ok to be created with your physical memory ?

Whats is the studio version ? And what about java release ?

These are the issues faced by me. I am using Talend studio 7.3.1 and latest version of Big Sur

1st- BigSur is not supported

2nd- you might also add one line on you studio ini file :

-vm

/Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/[...]/Contents/Home/bin/java

where you need to replace [...] by the full path

Talend V7.4.1 support BigSur.?

Talend 7.4.1 is on test, don't use it for production purpose

I have tried that V7.4.1 also, facing the same issue as described above by me. I am not able to write expressions and those connections and not visible clearly. Please fix it in that version and release the vesion asap.

Can you clarify :

Are you now able to open studio or do you still have the error "Failed to create jvm", or do you jst have issue on tmap_component ?

Now I am able to open the studio but I have the issue with the tmap_component.

a full support of Bigsur in Talend Open studio will probably correct the issue
